ngen is an MFA initiative aimed at fostering and developing fresh talent in the media industry.

ngen launched on February 28, 2008.  We started with 400 members in Sydney only.  Today ngen is in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane and we have over 1600 ngen members.

ngen provides an opportunity for those with less than five years experience to get involved in the industry and have their voice heard.

ngen gives members numerous educational and developmental opportunities in areas such as digital workshops, presentation skills, negotiation skills, creative thinking, career development workshops, writing award entries and much, much more.  Of course there are many social opportunities to network and build relationships with other members.
