Relationships with clients, colleagues, peers, managers or suppliers represent such a massive part of anyone’s job and your ability to do your job is directly linked to how well you work with them. Good communication skills combined with respect and productive working relationships make for an easier life. Miscommunications, tension and problem solving not only can take up a great deal of time but can lead to unnecessary stress and worry. This course will provide guidelines, advice, tips and tools on how to improve the way you interact and deal with others and explores what it takes to build better working relationships. Key outcomes: - Build rapport and trust - Identify essential communication skills - Solicit and give feedback - Set up expectations and a way of working  (W.O.W) - Handle tough conversations - Put the theory into practice Please register your interest to attend by 23 February.
