Your speakers are:
Sharon Fitter, Sales Director – ACM Fairfax
Sharon is an established business leader, mentor and coach with a diverse range of skills including Learning and Development, Sales and Marketing, Career Management and Executive Coaching. Sharon is currently the Sales Director for Australian Community Media, across 163 different mastheads and she looks after more than 350 sales people.
Sharon has over 17 years management experience, 2 years consulting experience. She has held both frontline and executive leadership positions. With a passion for Sales and People, Sharon has learnt to be versatile and collaborative which allows her to engage, develop and maintain successful relationships at all levels.
Sharon has proven success in enabling outcomes and behavioural change that are sustainable in today’s diverse corporate sales environments. Previously Sharon has been instrumental in initiating and enabling outstanding leadership development programs across large corporations and has an exceptional ability to help executives navigate through corporate environments using effective stakeholder management skills. Sharon has worked across a diverse range of sectors including large Consultancy firms, Media and Mining Corporations and both Government and Private organisations in the past 3 years however is back in media where she has spent the majority of her career.
A media veteran, Ivo’s career began at JWT in late 1992. He worked in the media department for 5 years, before moving to Optimedia for 7 years, leading the Telstra account (4 years), followed by the Victorian Government, Honda and National Foods accounts.
He worked in China for 6 years across various positions, leading large investment teams for Starcom and Mediacom, was National Trading Strategy Director for GroupM and finally Operations Director at Vivaki.
Returning to Australia in 2010, he ran P&G and Westpac, before being promoted to Head of Implementation Planning and Investment (Sydney), managing 10 Group Directors/ Directors and a team of 60 traders. In early 2014 he joined UM, having a stint as MD for 12 months, before moving across to Magna Global, where he is currently General Manager of Partnerships.
