Description:
Become the Manager you always wanted

Managing people is by far one of the biggest and most demanding challenges that managers face. Too often, the only way that managers learn how to manage others is through experience and the hard knocks of making mistakes.

The responsibility for supervising, guiding and marshalling direct reports can consume a great deal of a manager’s time, energy and head space. For some, management can also bring considerable stress and worry.

This course is designed to give managers practical guidelines on how to actively plan to be a better manager, how to motivate their team and make sound decisions.

Key outcomes:
- Managing through leadership
- Setting boundaries
- Building trust and respect
- Making the right decision
- Motivating others
