With reduced budgets, time limitations and so many obstacles in our path,
even the smallest of challenges can become frustrating. Both media agencies and media owners are being challenged more and more to come up with creative solutions to solve client problems, yet thinking and acting creatively is often easier said than done. We have been taught to think only with the left side of our brain and yet despite all our best efforts, there are times where it seems impossible to find a solution to certain problems and even when you find one it’s knowing how to sell it in! The challenge is knowing how to be able to tap into the right side of our brain in order to think differently and operate out of the proverbial box. For this to
happen you’ll need to put aside your conventional way of thinking and U.N.D.O™ the way you normally set about finding solutions to the challenges you face:

• Understanding
o Really understanding the business issue, problem and opportunity you face and digging deeper than you have ever been before to reveal important business insights.
• Norms
o Identifying the norms in the market is an important step to knowing which need to be challenged and offer the greatest opportunity for growth.
• Disrupting
o Turning standard practices, preconceptions and widespread opinions on their head in order to reveal new ways of working.
• Open Vision
o Ensuring that your new ideas don’t stretch the brand or the business in the wrong direction and are justified.

This course:
 Will teach you how to think more creatively and provides an easy to follow process to tackle even the most difficult business challenges. The session includes some practice briefs to put the theory to the test!
